About Your Provider
Dr. Brittany Snyder is a dermatologist at Midwest Center for Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Clinton Township, where she provides general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to patients of all ages. She has special interests in skin cancer detection and treatment, hair loss, and acne.
Dr. Snyder earned her medical degree from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her internship at MetroHealth/Case Western Reserve University. She is currently completing her dermatology residency at Trinity Health Ann Arbor.
Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Snyder built a strong foundation in pharmacology and patient care. She earned her bachelor's degree in biochemistry from John Carroll University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, followed by an internal medicine and academia pharmacy residency at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center in collaboration with Northeast Ohio Medical University. She was previously board certified in pharmacotherapy and practiced as a clinical pharmacist, a background that gives her a unique, multidisciplinary approach to dermatologic care.
Dr. Snyder has authored peer-reviewed publications in dermatology and pharmacotherapy and has presented her research at national professional meetings. She is passionate about patient and community education and looks forward to helping patients in the Clinton Township area achieve healthy skin.
